Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Al Diwan Kitchen Equipment Trading. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Returns

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be in the exact same condition that you received them: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders)

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Please reach out if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with standard returns, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase.

6. Refunds

  • Inspection: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved.

  • Processing Time: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank Delays: Please keep in mind that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
